Quad Rail

This profile is similar to aluminum versions produced under the brand 80/20, AMC Quik-Connect, and others. It is available as a stock item from Thermoprene. This material is exceptionally stiff and sturdy as a plastic extrusion, and can be used in many modular construction and fabrication applications. It is significantly lower in cost than competitive aluminum products, and is non-conductive, and stable in certain chemical exposures in which aluminum is not.
